Inventory

All prices and availability are accurate at the time of listing but subject to change without notice. A piece is reserved only when payment is received or a deposit is agreed in writing.

Product Condition

Unless stated otherwise, you are purchasing a pre-owned timepiece from the second-hand market. Due to the nature of pre-worn items, you understand and accept that the timepiece will exhibit signs of previous wear. This may include, but is not limited to, scratches on the lugs, case, bracelet, and crystal. Each watch is carefully examined and described as accurately as possible. However, some imperfections may not be noted in the description. Should you discover any significant discrepancies, we are committed to working with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction with the transaction.

Watch Servicing

The listing will indicate if the watch has been recently serviced. If the watch has not been serviced and is outside the manufacturer’s recommended service interval, we will assess its performance using a timegrapher and provide a picture of its timekeeping ability according to COSC standards. If we believe the watch requires service and choose to sell it as-is, this will be noted in the listing. Otherwise, you can expect the watch to be running smoothly and not in need of immediate service.

Shipping and Delivery

All watches are shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight delivery. Priority Overnight and Saturday Priority Overnight delivery options are available for an additional cost. Each timepiece is insured for its purchase value. If FedEx is unavailable, UPS will be the alternative carrier. Art House Horology does not ship via USPS. All timepieces are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Warranty

We do not provide warranties beyond those included with the watch set. If the watch does not come with warranty cards, it will be described as a naked set, and any existing warranty may have expired. Art House Horology does not offer third-party warranty extensions.

Return Policy

You have 24 hours from the time of delivery, as confirmed by the adult signature provided through FedEx/UPS/DHL, to issue a claim or return the watch for a full refund if you change your mind. After 24 hours, all sales are final.

Return Shipping

If you return a timepiece within the 24-hour window, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped via FedEx or UPS, not USPS, and must be packed in the same manner as received or better. No exceptions will be made.

Authentication

We authenticate every piece we sell. If you receive a piece you believe is misrepresented, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will resolve it — refund, return, or independent third-party verification at our expense.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the purchase price of the piece. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the watch in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your state]. Disputes resolve through binding arbitration in [your county].

We may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page.
